James has spent 15 years doing what he enjoys — solving problems and delivering results across the construction industry. From D&C contracts to construct-only projects, he has developed a sharp eye for value engineering, consistently finding smarter solutions that honour both client goals and project specifications.
Backed by a career spanning engineering management and hands-on project delivery, James is a confident leader who communicates clearly, engages meaningfully, and brings out the best in the people and teams around him — taking clients and colleagues with him every step of the way.
Keith Peters
Director
Keith has built his career on taking on the hard jobs and delivering. Specialising in complex multi-disciplinary projects, he has an instinct for identifying project vulnerabilities early and the experience to manage high-risk situations with calm, practical resolve. His project history speaks for itself — major service asset relocations, complex structures, contaminants, challenging approvals, tri-part agreements.
A natural people manager with a strong background in leadership, Keith is just as comfortable presenting to key stakeholders as he is on the job site. He brings creativity, capability and a genuine commitment to finding solutions that work — no matter how difficult the problem.
